Neuromarketing

In a post titled Brain Health Revolution Report on CBS News, the Ageless Marketing blog proposes that “brain fitness” will be a new trend. They describe a CBS report which talked about improving mental function in older adults using new neuroscience research. They also note that trendspotter Faith Popcorn expects brain improvement to be a hot area in coming years.

It’s hard to argue with these forecasts. Several major factors are coming together. People are living much longer, and the number of people affected by Alzheimer’s disease is growing. At the same time, there’s considerable evidence that individuals who stay mentally active can delay or perhaps prevent the onset of the disease. What’s not to like about brain fitness?
